Can I pay my bill on line?
Yes, online bill pay is available for this division. Click here to pay your bill. Utilization of this feature will allow you to make a "one-time" payment, or for further convenience you may also elect to sign-up for "automatic-bill payment".
Do you have a local facility open for public use?
Yes, we actually have 2 transfer stations and 1 landfill in the area open for public use. Hours and locations are listed below. You may contact each location with additional questions and pricing information. Does the trash inside the cart have to be bagged?
Yes. All trash must be bagged and placed inside the cart (if applicable) or your own personal trash cans. If you do not use trash cans please make sure your bagged trash is securely prepared.

Is my recycling material collected on the same day as the trash?
Please refer to the recycling calendar provided to you when you initially set up service. If you do not have a current copy of the recycle calendar for your service area please click here to request a copy be mailed to you, or contact us by phone at (417) 865-1717 or (800) 627-1717.
What do I need to do to start service or get a price quote?

What do you accept for curbside recycling?

What happens when my home service day falls on a holiday?
As a general rule, holidays push our pickup schedules back one day. For example, if a holiday falls on a Monday, Monday's routes will be run on Tuesday, Tuesday's routes on Wednesday, and so forth through Saturday. Click here for a printable copy of the 2010 Holiday Schedule.

What time does the trash have to be out at the curb?
All refuse must be placed at the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your collection day.
What will you not pick up?
We will not pick up • flammable products • oil • paint cans • tires • animal carcasses • manure • tree stumps • dirt • stone • rock • brick • lead, acid/wet cell batteries • railroad ties • toxic materials • bio-hazardous materials or waste • explosives • live ammunition or weapons • large amounts of animal waste • brush or yardwaste • appliances …or any items that cannot be safely loaded by our crews for removal or any items that may damage our hauling equipment
